What may be returned

Most items may be returned if they are in re-sellable condition and the request is made within 30 days of shipping.  Re-sellable condition refers to both the product and the manufacturer’s packaging.  Because we are a distributor and not a manufacturer we are unable to provide the necessary re-packaging to make an unused, packaging distressed item re-sellable for most items.  If upon return inspection we determine that we are able to repackage a product it will be subject to a repackage fee, which will automatically be deducted from the credit.   The minimum fee assessed for a product repackage is $5.00.

 

A return request after 30 days becomes susceptible to a 20% restocking charge.  No items older than 60 days will be accepted for a non-defective return.  Special order items are non-returnable unless defective.  Items drop-shipped from the manufacturer are returnable only with the manufacturer’s approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Defective items may be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer, but most have a 1-year warranty.  Please refer to the Manufacturer Warranty Information.

 

Items that arrive damaged are not classified as defective.  If damage occurs in the transportation process, please notify us and we will file a freight claim with the carrier.   All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for missing items or damage.  All shortages and damages must be reported to us within 10 days of merchandise receipt.
